About This Policy

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your engagement as a Delivery Partner with Plattr, a food delivery platform operated by "Mano Tech Services", with its head office at First Floor, 1183/5, Loyal Mill Colony, Kovilpatti – 628501, Tuticorin District, Tamil Nadu. By registering as a Delivery Partner, you agree to these Terms.

Onboarding & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old. • Must have a valid driving license, vehicle RC, and insurance. • Must possess a smartphone with internet access. • Must comply with local laws and traffic regulations. • Police verification may be required before activation.

Payouts & Incentives

• Delivery partners are paid per completed delivery, as displayed in the app. • Payments are transferred to your bank account / wallet on a weekly basis. • Additional bonuses or incentives may be provided during peak hours or festivals. • Plattr reserves the right to deduct penalties or charges for cancellations or misconduct.

Cancellation & Penalties

• If a partner cancels after accepting an order without valid reason, a penalty fee may be applied. • Multiple cancellations or refusal to deliver may result in temporary suspension or account termination. • If a delivery partner is found to misuse the app (fake delivery, GPS tampering, etc.), strict action will be taken, including legal proceedings.

Code of Conduct

Delivery partners must: • Be polite, respectful, and professional with customers and restaurant staff. • Not consume alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances while on duty. • Not tamper with food packaging under any circumstances. • Deliver orders within the expected time frame shown in the app. • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness while handling food.

Insurance & Liability

• Delivery partners are independent contractors, not employees of Plattr. • Partners are responsible for their own vehicle maintenance, fuel, and insurance. • In case of accidents or traffic violations, the partner is fully liable. • Plattr does not provide health or vehicle insurance, unless specifically mentioned in a scheme.

Account Termination

Plattr reserves the right to suspend or permanently block a delivery partner for: • Repeated cancellations or delays. • Misbehavior with customers, restaurants, or Plattr staff. • Fraudulent activities or theft. • Violation of this Policy or any applicable laws.
